🖌️ Workshop Description:
Loose, confident, unfussy flowers — the kind that look effortless and are the most satisfying thing to learn. At The ARTparty you'll paint a bunch of lavender-purple blooms in a clear glass bottle, in two hours, from a blank canvas.
Our instructor teaches the two techniques that make this painting work: painting glass (which is really just painting what's behind it, plus three highlights), and the loaded brushstroke that turns one confident flick into a whole petal. You'll also learn to mix that specific violet — the one that's almost impossible to get right by accident — and how to place a leaf so the composition breathes.
It's a soft, quiet, low-pressure session. Good for a first-ever painting.
The best part? The looser you paint, the better it looks. This is the workshop where being precious about it is the only real mistake.
