About the Event
🖌️ Workshop Description:
A rainy avenue, warm lamplight in the trees, and two figures under one umbrella. This is the cosiest painting we run at The ARTparty — and it's the one people come in pairs for.
Over two hours our instructor takes you through the whole canvas: the deep green canopy, the glow of street lamps blurred by rain, wet pavement catching gold, and the two silhouettes at the centre. You'll practise soft blending, painting light so it actually looks like light, and the simple trick to figures that read beautifully without any drawing skill at all.
Come with a partner, a friend, your mum, or entirely on your own — this room fills up with all four.
The best part? It's a painting that looks far harder than it is. Yours will be dry, wrapped and coming home with you at 15:00.
